Terms and Conditions

Information on how to take part in the promotional offer form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The promoter is Stamward Motors Pty Ltd trading as Chadstone Toyota, 1547 Dandenong Road, Oakleigh 3166 Vic ABN 31 007 430 391

The Promotion

1. One free $500 Fuel Voucher across the entire range on all new vehicles purchased until the end of December 2018
2. All Terms and Conditions below must be adhered to

Eligibility

1. The promotion is applicable only to Guests who mention the ad before they purchase.
2. Entry is only open to Victorian residents over the age of 18.
3. Guests will only be eligible for the offer once during the promotion period ie one fuel card per guest.
4. Eligibility on behalf of another person will not be accepted.
5. Employees and their immediate families of Chadstone Toyota or Toyota Australia and their associated agencies and companies are not eligible for the offer.
6. The promotion is not open to Fleet, Government and Rental customers.
7. The promotion is not open to Used car or demonstrator vehicle purchases.
8. An entrant must be an individual and not a company or organisation..
9. All new vehicles must be purchased from Chadstone Toyota as the promotion is exclusive to Chadstone Toyota only.
10. Promotion applicable to all vehicles that are picked up before 31/12/2018.

Fuel Card Conditions

1. The fuel card is non – exchangeable, non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
2. The $500 Fuel card cannot be taken off the purchase price of the vehicle.
3. The promotion is only valid at Chadstone Toyota and not redeemable at any other Toyota dealership
4. In participating in the promotion, the participants will agree to participate and co-operate in all or any social media activity related to the promotion, including but not limited to being photographed.

No Liability

1. Chadstone Toyota reserves the right to discontinue the promotion at any time without notice.
2. In the case of an intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the promotion on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the promotion and recommence it from the start on the same conditions.
3. Chadstone Toyota’s decision is final and will not enter correspondence regarding the promotion
4. Stamward Motors Pty Ltd (trading as Chadstone Toyota) and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss (including but not limited to consequential loss) or claim that may occur:

   1. As a consequence of late, lost or misdirected mail due to circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control
